We are looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to focus on internal communications and PR for our EverPro and EverHealth business units. EverPro provides software for business management, field services, customer engagement and reviews, marketing, and embedded payments for home and field service small businesses (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, roofing, landscaping, etc.). EverHealth is simplifying the business of healthcare through software that streamlines daily operations, connects with patients and grows healthcare practices. This role is 75% focused on employee communications and 25% focused on public relations.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP - Communications and Brand, you will be part of the team responsible for EverCommerce's corporate reputation and brand, social media, and internal communications. In this role you will execute the internal communication strategy for the EverPro and EverHealth business units as they go through the Company’s organizational transformation and work optimization initiative. In addition, you will develop thought leadership content for use in public relations campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wants to lead organizations through change, align employees to evolved strategy, foster connected culture and build external brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communications:
- Partner with leadership in both business units to execute annual internal communication strategies and plans
- Create content for major initiatives in plans – Town Halls, quarterly newsletters, online channels, videos
- Create change management plans and communication materials for organization restructuring and shifts in how employees work
Executive Communications:
- Partner with business unit CEOs on their key messages, talking points and scripts for internal communication events
Public Relations:
- Partner with business unit strategy, marketing and product leadership to create thought leadership platforms and content for use in PR and social campaigns
- Work with PR agency to create campaigns for the business untis leveraging thought leadership platforms, product news/launches and marketing campaigns.
Measurement:
- Define key metrics, assess the impact of internal and external communications efforts and use both qualitative and quantitative feedback to continually improve strategies
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 7-10 years of experience in both internal and external communications, with emphasis on internal.
- Proven track record of building and executing internal communications plans, experience in organizations undergoing strategic shifts, organization restructuring and work efficiency initiatives a plus.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft clear (jargon free) and compelling messages and narratives that resonate with and inspire intended audiences, and experience mining and developing thought leadership content that drives intended impact with external audiences.
- Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Enthusiastic and effective collaboration, with the ability to partner across the business and influence key stakeholders.
Where: Remote, US with travel to Denver HQ 1-2/year
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $135k to $150k USD per year with a variable component in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
