EverCommerce - Salesforce Administrator (Remote US)

EverCommerce is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Operations team. You will play a key role in consulting with subsidiaries on operational initiatives and helping them run as efficiently as possible.
You:
You are an experienced salesforce administrator who has experience in project management. You are passionate about proactively identifying business problems and developing updated processes and platforms to resolve them. You have a data first mentality and strong understanding of how to navigate relational databases. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion. Most importantly, you believe people and processes are just as important as the product you deliver.

Although we are headquartered in Denver, the EverCommerce team is distributed globally, so we are used to work remotely across different time zones. If you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or with a hybrid schedule, or this role can be based any where in the US or Canada. Responsibilities:
Serve as a Center of Excellence for Sales, SalesOps, Product business processes
Support the BizOps leader in leading the current state evaluation of our subsidiary businesses and lead the process and systems documentation efforts
Support the BizOps leader in developing the project scope to professionalize operations into central a tech-stack, contributing ideas and proposed solutions
Own your project action items and support our Project Managers in maintaining detailed project plans for each transformation effort
Co-author technical documentation, administrative best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining those best practices across the portfolio in JIRA and Confluence
