Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in the security industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Event Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Our company is dedicated to providing top-tier security solutions, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us communicate our value proposition and engage with our audience through well-executed events.

Position Summary:
As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and managing our presence at trade shows, corporate leadership events, the annual international incentive program, and digital events. This role demands a blend of exceptional organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for marketing, as well as a willingness to travel for events approximately 50% of the time.

Securitas will offer a starting salary of $60K - $70K, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of our participation in online and offline events, trade shows, and large-scale corporate and incentive events annually.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Multimedia Designer, and Digital Marketing Manager to create cohesive and impactful event experiences that align with our brand's strategic goals.
• Own and execute digital event strategy and management 
• Manage vendor communications, logistics, and onsite coordination to ensure a seamless experience for all participants and stakeholders.
• Managing staffing list schedules and assignment of on-site duties for events 
• Negotiation, review, and execution of contracts
• Research potential meeting sites, including performing site visits and RFPs.
• Post-event metrics reporting, event debriefings, final reconciliation of budgets
