KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of data management, information governance, eDiscovery, and advisory services solutions, is seeking an Events Marketing Manager (Americas) to lead the development and execution of impactful event campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to structure, plan, and market high-value events that align with our core business objectives, including KLDiscovery, Ontrack, and Nebula.

As the Event Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Global Events Management Team to craft an integrated event strategy that spans both digital and in-person formats. Each event will be treated as a comprehensive campaign, encompassing pre-event planning and promotion, on-site or virtual engagement, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI. You will work across all business silos to ensure seamless event production and execution, coordinating efforts to support our Business Development teams.

Your role is pivotal in allowing our sales teams to focus solely on their mission: building relationships and closing deals. From managing the logistics and marketing details to creating compelling content, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. By aligning with stakeholders across departments, you’ll ensure that every event serves as a powerful lead-generation and brand-building tool while leaving no detail unattended.

This role requires up to 20% travel for on-site event management and execution.

Remote work opportunity (US Eastern Time Zone Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Event Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for both digital and in-person events to maximize brand exposure, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Event Marketing Campaigns: Treat each event as its own campaign, managing pre-event promotion, on-site/virtual engagement, and post-event follow-up, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Global Events Management Team and business silos to align on objectives, timelines, and execution strategies for all events.
  • Content Development: Draft event-specific content, such as email copy, landing pages, and social media posts, while collaborating with internal teams to implement and execute these assets across channels.
  • Integrated Marketing Alignment: Ensure event promotion integrates seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Event Metrics and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on event data and performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders to measure success and inform future event strategies.
