The opportunity

The Events Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end planning and event execution for both virtual and in-person events in the United States. This is a client-facing role. This role requires experience in both virtual and in-person events, with virtual events serving as the initial focus; we anticipate this role will require travel of between 25-50% by H2 2025 to support in-person events as we scale. Delivering best-in-class client and attendee experiences are of the utmost importance. Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines are crucial for success. Cvent Webinar product certification is preferred.

What you'll do
- Manage the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events using tools like monday.com and Cvent Webinar.
- Project manage multiple events, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional communications are met.
- Build and manage event environments in Cvent Webinar, from landing pages to registration, pre-recorded content, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Audience Development teams to create event assets and cross-channel promotion plans.
- Develop promotional copy for social media, newsletters, and eblasts, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Lead live and Simulive virtual events, run client communications, and provide post-event reporting, while staying current with industry trends.
Who you are
- Cvent Webinar product certified and experienced user of monday.com.
- 3+ years of event management experience, specializing in virtual events.
- Strong communication skills across Slack, email, and phone, with excellent organizational and timeline management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with a client-centric approach to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail, comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 25-50% as needed.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
