About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Event Technology Strategist, where you'll be at the forefront of empowering our events with cutting-edge technology! This virtual role allows you to collaborate with talented professionals while ensuring operational excellence and strategic innovation. If you have a passion for technology and event management, we want you to help us streamline our processes and elevate our events to the next level!
You're Good At
• Leading the deployment and administration of event technologies that align with client goals
• Developing workflows and automations to enhance system efficiency
• Analyzing processes for optimization and implementing technology solutions
• Designing and delivering training sessions for effective technology use
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for end users
You Might Also Have
• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Event Management, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years in events technology or system administration with large-scale operations experience
• Proficiency in event management software like Cvent or Eventbrite
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A collaborative mindset and a knack for creative problem-solving
