 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThe Event Support Specialist plays a key role in executing event registration support for large-scale corporate events. Responsibilities include responding to attendee inquiries via email and phone, processing registration requests, and managing hotel reservations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate event technology platforms. Daily tasks include:
  • Managing attendee support emails
  • Processing ticket cancellations, transfers, and registration requests
  • Updating hotel reservations
  • Providing clear, professional communication with attendees, clients, and vendors 
 YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Previous experience in events, group meetings, and/or hospitality
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate event technology platforms

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist attendees with registration processes, including ticket purchasing, transfers, and hotel bookings
  • Respond to attendee inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of event registration processes
  • Serve as a liaison between attendees and event management, specifically regarding platform issues
  • Support event managers in training new team members
  • Complete tasks as assigned by event project managers
  • Ensure all proprietary information remains confidential
  • Travel onsite to provide attendee support as needed (required Nov. 28–Dec. 5)
  • Assist in tracking accessibility requests, meal preferences, and other attendee needs

  • Event Technology – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event registration platforms, and reporting tools is strongly preferred

 HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOUOur job titles may span more than one career level. The starting compensation for this role is between $25.00/hour and $30.00/hour. Our ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual compensation is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The compensation range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
