Summary of Role:
As a test manager in a large-scale ERP transformation and implementation project you would be responsible to Define Scope, Deliver and Execute ERP testing.
 

Leads Testing for enterprise applications in technology domains such as systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA , PLM, and CRM), and business domains such as, manufacturing, supply chain, Finance, Sales etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Test Management: Oversee the entire testing process, including test planning, execution, and validation.

• Defects Tracking: Implement and manage a robust defect tracking system to identify, document, and address system issues.

• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive test reports detailing test results, defect tracking, and quality assurance activities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across the program, ensuring their requirements are met and concerns are effectively addressed.

• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce stringent quality standards and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with project teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and PMO, to ensure project success.

• Ensure that all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards.

• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement and advocate for quality assurance methodologies and practices across all enterprise applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Overall experience of 10-15 years and Test Manager experience in multiple large transformation projects is a must, with at least 2-3 full cycles of S/4 HANA Global Implementations.

• Experience working on large, complex projects in a multicultural environment, multi-vendor, and offshore teams.

• Expertise in Testing Automation, Tosca, Q-Test and test management and defect triage processes.

• Demonstrate leadership and general ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.

• Experience in working with Agile or similar project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of Semiconductor industry and Team Center PLM, MS Dynamics CRM will be a Plus.

• Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
