ERP System Administrator (Infor LN and ION) - Work from Home- Day shift

• PHP160,000 -180,000 per month.
• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

You will be reporting to an System development Team Lead and will manage and optimize the ERP system, focusing on system integration & development, master data stewardship, and user support. With expertise in ERP processes and technologies, particularly Infor LN and ION, this role involves collaborating on projects, providing end-user support, and recommending system and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Ownership – Maintain data integrity, perform audits, and support data transfers.
• ERP System Development – Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and support system upgrades.
• System Administration – Manage ERP operations, user permissions, personalization, and document configurations.
• End-User Support – Troubleshoot issues, provide training, and liaise with Infor Concierge for escalations.

Experience & Software

• 3+ years’ experience in ERP system administration or a similar role.
• Background in Master Data Stewardship, Software Integration & Development.
• Strong analytical, software, and database architecture skills.
• Experience with Infor LN (preferred) and ION (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
