We’re looking to increase our reach, grow our product range and enter new markets. To do that we’re on the lookout for a proactive Operations Manager to manage our brand on Amazon as the second hire in a process that will see the team develop around you.

We’re looking for an Amazon Operations Manager.
You’ll be the go-to person to improve performance across all operational tasks related to managing our Amazon brand.
We're after someone who thrives on taking responsibility, loves a challenge, will do whatever it takes to free up time for the CEO and be relentless in driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
📊 PPC: Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and control ACOS.
🛍️ SEO: Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and organic search rankings.
📈 OPTIMIZATION: Optimize product listings for better visibility and market reach.
📊 DATA: Analyze data to identify trends, compile reports and inform decision-making.
📦 SUPPLY CHAIN: Assess stock requirements, place orders and liaise with suppliers, coordinate shipping from China to FBA and maintain healthy stock levels.
🚀 LAUNCHING: Develop a strategy to launch and rank new products as well as revive under-performing listings.
📚 SELLER CENTRAL: Manage our product catalogue effectively and resolve Amazon related issues.
What Success Looks Like
🎯Maximize sessions for each ASIN
🎯Maximize market share for each ASIN
🎯Increase margin for each ASIN
🎯 Increase company net profit
🎯Optimize supply chain for cost efficiency
🎯Develop robust systems and processes for operational excellence
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, requiring at least six hours of work between 9 AM and 5 PM UK time.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, focusing on SEO, PPC and data analysis.
✅ Proven experience in inventory management, including coordination with suppliers and warehouses.
✅ Strong analytical skills for conducting competitor research and optimizing listings with good attention to detail.
✅ Demonstrated ability to solve problems, adapt quickly and face challenges head on.
✅ Have a track record of delivering results and taking personal responsibility.
✅ Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
✅ Experience in planning and executing PPC campaigns on Amazon.
Brownie Points for:
⭐ Experience with product launches and rankings.
⭐ Background in eCommerce.
⭐ Knowledge of UK and European markets.
