Our Finance & Administration (F&A) team is seeking a full-time Equity Program Analyst to join our growth-oriented professional engineering and environmental consulting company. As a 100% employee-owned company, Brown and Caldwell is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and employee ownership through our equity program. We are committed to creating long-term value for our employee-owners and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented analyst to manage and enhance our equity program.
The Equity Program Analyst will oversee the day-to-day administration of the BC's equity program, including the ERISA-qualified Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Plan) and other equity instruments. This role involves managing the plan efficiently, , ensuring compliance with regulations, serving as a key liaison to employee-owners and partnering with cross-functional team members and our third-party consultants to administer the BC's equity program. The Equity Analyst will report directly to the Payroll Manager and work closely with the finance, payroll, human resources, and legal teams to support the program’s operations and contribute to the overall success of our employee ownership culture.

What you will do:
- Maintain equity-related data repositories and workbooks, including updating information, reconciling share count and producing ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Prepare supporting documentation for new stock issuances/distributions and collaborate with the Legal department to manage stock certificates.
- Provide guidance and education to employee-owners regarding the equity program, including responding to ad hoc inquiries.
