Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director of Requirements & Capabilities (AD R&C) for the Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) Global Air Force (GAF) business. The AD R&C will lead business creation efforts across the EOIRS GAF organization, including driving new and keep-sold pursuits across USAF, international air force and global OEM customers. The preferred candidate will have demonstrable experience of being able to gain product knowledge quickly and achieving success in meeting goals for driving top-line growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute new business creation strategies to achieve EOIRS Global Air Force AOP and LRP targets
- Investigate opportunities within existing and new customer bases across the international market, with primary emphasis on EUCOM and INDOPACOM regions
- Lead capture teams to include monitoring and reporting on capture status, management of New Business Investment (NBI), conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, and support USG licensing
- Travel up to 50% Domestically and Internationally
- This is a Remote position with frequent travel to Raytheon EOIRS sites and domestic/international customer visits
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in government, defense, or aerospace or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience
- 8+ years’ experience in international business development, via FMS or DCS route, across Europe or INDOPACOM regions
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience with EOIR systems, including Multi-Spectral Targeting Systems (MTS) and Distributed Aperture Systems (DAS)
- Experience in manned and/or unmanned Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) airborne platforms
