Environmental Consultant –(Hybrid) PRDOH FEMA Match Program - Puerto Rico Remote Office (PR99)
ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks an Environmental Consultant who will support the implementation team for FEMA Match Programs that include the Non-Federal Match Program (NFMP); Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA); and Energy Grid Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Cost Share (ER1) under the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant and the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Set-Aside (HMGP) under the Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) grant, under the HUD-approved Action Plans and subsequent action plans in Puerto Rico. The Environmental Consultant will work with ICF senior and junior staff and subcontractors to deliver program management support to local governments, nonprofit and subrecipients across Puerto Rico.
The ideal candidate will be a proven Disaster Manager with a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize disaster grant resource allocation, build strong solutions to impacted areas, and provide strong risk management.
