Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Remote Client Consultations:

   • Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals and needs.

   • Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs in a clear and accessible manner.

2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service:

   • Address inquiries, assist with policy changes, and support clients through claims processes.

   • Act as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

3. Foster Long-Term Relationships:

   • Follow up periodically to review clients’ evolving needs, update policies, and provide personalized support.

   • Build rapport and establish trust to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Uphold Compliance and Documentation Standards:

   • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

   • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and professional practices.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Proficiency with basic computer tools and virtual meeting platforms.
