We seek a qualified Entry-Level Operations Analyst to join our Arlington, VA team.   

Position Description:

The Operations Analyst will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to analyze and improve targeted processes and systems. This role involves collecting data, identifying challenges, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance business operations. 

Responsibilities and Duties:  

• Gather and organize data from various sources into spreadsheets; handle large amounts of numerical data accurately. 
• Verify and log receipt of data for various purposes and complete data entry, when required 
• Identify and troubleshoot problems. 
• Analyze data to determine key insights and select appropriate analytical methods. 
• Apply statistical techniques to develop solutions for business challenges. 
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to management. 
• Prepare detailed reports and memos to communicate insights and proposed solutions. 
• Assist Project Leads in managing key projects  
• Assist in communication, scheduling and documentation related to corporate operations and strategic objectives  

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
• At least 1 year of related or relevant work experience. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. 
• Can multitask and prioritize a cross-functional workload 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  

Desired Qualifications and Skills: 

• Prior experience successfully working in a remote environment.
