Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Development Program Owner to join our Security Services organization. This role will focus on supporting employee development and assisting leaders in developing their teams. The Employee Development Program Owner will work closely with the HR Business Partner and the Learning & Development (L&D) function to identify opportunities for manager and employee development, onboarding, and to support existing and new learning programs. This individual contributor role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous development and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Development: Partner with managers to drive employee development plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and individual career aspirations.
  • Manager Support: Provide guidance and support to managers in developing their teams, including coaching on effective development practices and tools.
  • Program Support: Assist in the implementation and support of existing and newly created learning programs and interventions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business line.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the assigned HR Business Partner and L&D function to identify and address development needs within the organization.  Maintain strong partnerships with key partners and leadership.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring an excellent experience and smooth transition and integration into the organization. Accelerate productivity by helping new hires navigate Key, use internal tools effectively. Gather feedback to shape the new hire experience roadmap and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics and data to inform development strategies and measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
  • Culture of Development: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and engagement in development programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee development, learning and development, or a related HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in supporting manager and employee development initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices and tools.
  • Experience in a financial services or security services environment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
