JOB SUMMARY

The Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) helps define, scope, plan, and execute projects utilizing the EDP PMO standards and processes. The EPM helps matrixed team members understand and assimilate process and data driven actions and mentors and assists operations and other team members in execution of their assigned tasks. The EPM provides leadership on organizational initiatives, advocating for clinical and operations stakeholders. The EPM brings a bench of PMLC best practices and helps grow

and improve the EDP PMO processes. Works closely with the PMO Director and EPM colleagues to build and mature PMO process and assist as needed with ongoing projects. The EPM fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and results.

SALARY RANGE: 70,000.00- 90,000.00

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.

· Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources as needed to accomplish the scope of a project.

· Identify and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

· Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

· Provides technical leadership and influence across the Company necessary to execute on new innovative technology programs.

· Demonstrate proven experience to foster and manage successful relationships with senior executive stakeholders, aligning expectations and achieving successful program outcomes.

· Oversees and leads the change management process.

· Partners closely with Finance to help define and measure project ROI.

· Partners closely with Business Intelligence to help define and measure relevant KPIs Ensures stakeholders are aware of budgetary compliance and/or noncompliance.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's or master’s degree

· Four or more years of project management experience

· Prefer experience working in dental practices or DSO’s

· Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

· Proven success working with all levels of management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent presentation skills

· Business knowledge: demonstrated knowledge of key business processes and industry awareness of trends in the dental/healthcare industry.

· Compliance knowledge: strong understanding of software development life cycle in a regulated environment (HIPAA, and data privacy) with responsibility to ensure systems are compliant.

· Credibility and Presence: the ability to capture the confidence of the organization in presenting new ideas or solutions.

· Collaboration / Communication / Teamwork: establish and maintain successful interactions within the organization. Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization with a high level of confidence and resilience.

· Leadership: ability to take independent action, working with a high-level problem or concept, developing the right next steps to propose resolution and ensuring successful outcome.

· Influence Skills: ability to factually resolve conflicts and differences of opinion in a respectful yet assertive manner.

· Outcome oriented: Balance creativity and innovation against practical / cost effective approaches.

· Ability to credibly engage with senior leaders across the organization and earn trust across different level and multiple groups.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
