We have an exciting remote opportunity for an Enterprise Platform System – SAP Senior BASIS Technical Administrator!

This IT position is responsible for managing the SAP landscapes with regard to technical build and administration at Pratt & Whitney.  Ensuring compliance with RTX policy and SAP best practice for technical configuration and patching is key.  The position will support a team of SAP BASIS admins focused on system builds, refreshes, patching, audit support, policy compliance, and system performance per established business policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP (ABAP, HANA, JAVA) operations, system builds, patching, compliance, and oversight.
• Deploy tools and processes to ensure role compliance and user assignment in a timely fashion
• Support audit requests
• Support resource planning activities as it relates to SAP BASIS tasks and project support
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to Pratt & Whitney business users on SAP technical builds, tools, sizing, and performance requests

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a technical field and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years of SAP BASIS experience; OR an advanced degree in Information Technology or a technical field …
