Enterprise Digital Program Sr Associate

The Enterprise Digital Program Sr Associate will work with Enterprise digital Manager and digital leadership to understand strategic direction and collaborate with firm leadership, delivery teams and their partners to optimize, accelerate, and deliver capabilities and services.  This role is responsible for the development of the service strategy, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing optimization of services.  Delivery excellence in meeting the needs of, and delivering outcomes for, our internal clients is critical to success in this role.

This Enterprise Digital Sr Associate role will focus on the development, deployment, and optimization of our innovation programs and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Develop services and programs

  • Identify and build services and programs that meet defined business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on determining services needed by our clients
  • Assess, recommend and execute ways to continuously engage those internal clients in meaningful ways to find additional solutions to address their business opportunities

Execute the delivery and optimization of services and programs

  • Run assigned services in partnership with internal clients and their teams
  • Facilitate the day to day operation of the service, troubleshooting issues and addressing gaps proactively
  • Showcase the success and challenges of our services and proactively address gaps
  • Evaluate service strengths and identify areas for improvement, focusing on continual optimization of service delivery, and the identification of new services as needed by internal clients

Relationship Management: 

  • Liaise with digital teams; Lines of Business; Industry; and functional areas to assess their needs, set and manage expectations, and ensure efforts are executed timely and effectively 
  • Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to meet stakeholder needs at all levels, including senior leadership

QUALITIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or finance PREFERRED 
  • Undergraduate Degree REQUIRED 

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments REQUIRED 
  • Project Coordination Skills REQUIRED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office–REQUIRED
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written – REQUIRED
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy –  REQUIRED
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team –  REQUIRED
  • Effective organization and time management skills– Required General business knowledge  REQUIRED Understanding of the RSM Tax, Audit and/or Consulting lines of business  PREFERRED
  • Not afraid to fail REQUIRED     

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience REQUIRED

  • Strong interpersonal skills plus a pro-active approach to finding solutions to issues and managing priorities
  • Ability to work efficiently with remote team members
  • Ability to deliver feedback in a way that facilitates change

Compensation Range: $79,600 - $135,900

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
