CommScope is looking to add an Enterprise Account Manager-MDU to our RUCKUS team to be based anywhere in the United States and will help to support overall sales and marketing within a defined set of channel partners. This role will be focused on Managing and growing our existing MSP partners in the MDU Vertical.
Required Qualifications :
- At least 4+ years of selling in the Channel with a preference for high-end MDU strategic sales. Individuals will be required to prepare business plans and hold Business revues with the key partners as well as recruitment.
- Skilled in customer focus with demonstrated success in positioning and selling IT/Networking solutions to end-users through a distribution channel.
- Results-focused with the ability to encourage and influence others as well as build trust and respect.
- A proven strategic partner development with an understanding of what Partner success looks like.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to gather relevant information and effectively document and articulate findings to senior leadership and bilingual (French and English).
- Completed Bachelor's degree is preferred

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $160,400-240,700.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
