ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Manager 3 applies a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape to drive commercial success and own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of one or more products, with a primary focus on growth products for Entegral.   The Product Manager 3 develops and empowers Product Managers, oversees management of the product lifecycle, conducts revenue and expense modeling, monitors product performance and ensures alignment between internal teams and stakeholders and maximizes delivered value to customers.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey,  New York, and Washington.

 

The anticipated pay range for this position is $143,100 to $182,500 annually. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

 

  • Establish, communicate and lead execution of the vision and strategy for assigned products
  • Ability to manage a global product offering.  Understanding the market, financial, legal and operational needs within numerous counties throughout the world 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the product roadmap and that the product delivers value  
  • Lead the effort in defining product requirements based on customer insights, market analysis, and competitive landscape; serve as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the team is translating complex technical requirements into actionable tasks  
  • Own the creation of the product’s business case and P&L statement.  This includes market fit, competitors, current & future market segments by county, expense ratios, etc.  
  • Oversee prioritization of product backlogs ensuring the team is maximizing value delivery and is in alignment with strategic objectives  
  • Implement processes for customer validation of product concepts and features prior to development, ensuring that all products released to market are based on validated market needs and have a clear business case
  • Manage and develop a team, identifying skill gaps and providing targeted training to enhance capabilities in areas such as market understanding, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management    
  • Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to inform product decisions; identify opportunities for improvement, communicate findings to key stakeholders and iterate on strategy to ensure continuous improvement  
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting  
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality  
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned  
  • Up to 30% travel (foreign & domestic)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required
  • Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA,TN, TX, VA, WA or WI
  • 7+ years Product Management experience to include:
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and customer satisfaction 
    • Market and competitive analysis, customer feedback
    • Oversight of end-to-end feature development process
    • Continuous measurement of product performance & cost management
    • Product Strategy 
  • 3+ years management or equivalent leadership experience to include:
    • People management with direct reports
    • Coaching and leadership; Constructive feedback
    • Evaluating individual performance against goals
    • Skills development 
  • Ability for up to 30% Travel for Meetings (foreign & domestic)
