 The Enrollment Strategy Lead will be responsible for Enrollment Plan Strategy in the Employer Group Benefit space.

Job Description

The Enrollment Strategy Lead will be responsible for Enrollment Plan Strategy in the Employer Group Benefit space. Job Responsibilities include:

Drive Growth in existing accounts through open enrollment strategy.

  • Review existing book of business to look for growth opportunities.
  • Drive new sales through strategic enrollment plan.
  • Leverage enrollment communications to drive persistency.
  • Work with field on strategy for growth in existing accounts.

Improve participation during new account onboarding.

  • Plan enrollment strategy for large and jumbo accounts
  • Include materials pre-enrollment.
  • Select best fitting enrollment method.
  • Engage with Client Executive to drive best available enrollment conditions.
  • Engage counselors to drive better enrollment.

Collaborate on selection of best enrollment and benefit admin platform partners.

  • Engage with Technology Relationship Manager to select and engage enrollment vendor partners.
  • Work with tech teams on selection of best partners (advisory team)
  • Collaborate on high level management of those partners.
  • Case level management of product builds and platform utilization
  • Case level management of national account enrollments

Success reporting and oversight

  • Look for opportunities and strategies to grow business through existing account assets – reporting on activity and results.
  • Leverage data and analytics to adjust strategies to deliver best results.
  • Work with arc team to capture activity and identify opportunity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in enrollment management/group benefits
  • Familiarity with Enrollment partner models, technology company models
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High level of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Expertise and proficiency in Data Analytics and Excel for Reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience working with and improving process flows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to partner and client sites
