Job Description
Join our team as an Enrollment Services Consultant I and be the heart of our operations—working closely with leadership, customers, and Enrollment Operations to drive success.The Enrollment Services Consultant I supports operational duties of the Enrollment Services team. Responsibilities include account and product configuration on in-house managed technology, Census maintenance, enrollment scenario testing, end user access protocols, report configuration and delivery. This position interacts with Enrollment Services leadership and also requires customer facing activities. Position would also interface with Enrollment Operations to manage production file delivery and remediation of reported issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Manipulate census and existing benefit data for importation
• Configure product specifications in accordance with AB standards
• Configure account setup including SSO integrations, eligibility rules
• Participate in implementation conference calls
• Collaborate closely with internal business areas, field sales distribution, implementation, finance, compliance, underwriting, new business, customer service and IT, to effectively recognize and solve case level enrollment strategy issues and corporate initiatives.
• Issue resolution for profile file issues
• Configure EDI parameters for AB production files
• Configure and schedule production reporting
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $52,260.00 - 92,790.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
