Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Grade ENGR 201 (Statics) homework using provided solutions from instructor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate student homework submissions using designated solutions
- Identify and highlight instances of academic integrity breaches within homework assignments
- Precisely record homework assessments within the Blackboard gradebook
- Ensure expedited turnaround for homework evaluations, adhering to a 2-3 day timeline (homework submitted Friday will be graded by Sunday/Monday)
- Continuation of employment throughout the standard academic term contingent upon demonstrated proficiency and excellence in performance
Required Competencies
- Able to read and interpret multiple problem-solving strategies
- Demonstrated capability to comprehend and analyze various problem-solving methodologies
Minimum Requirements
- Junior or senior status within the Civil or Mechanical Engineering program at the University of North Dakota
Attainment of an "A" grade in Statics - Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
