Job Description: 

The Engineering Manager - Product Development is responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and delivery of our Veruna Agency Management System product. Our product is built on top Salesforce and is available in the Salesforce AppExchange as well as proprietary services hosted in Microsoft Azure. You will be accountable for managing engineers with mixed skillsets including Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components, Microsoft C#, Python, and others. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring delivery of high-quality product, implementing best practices, extensible and secure application and system architectures, utilizing test-driven/behavior-driven development (TDD/BDD) techniques, and are delivering fully deployable systems. The individual will need to be customer-focused, think of everything-as-code, have high-quality standards, problem-solve to design and review scalable architectures, and excel at collaborating across teams within the organization.
