The role

As an Engineering Manager for the Onboarding and Authentication team, your role is pivotal in optimizing our onboarding funnel to ensure maximum approval rates with minimal drop-off, directly contributing to One’s overarching vision of seamless user experiences. Your team’s efforts in scaling existing channels, adding new ones, and refining our authentication platform are crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and maintaining high levels of account security, aligning directly with One’s mission and goals.

This role will: 

  • Manage full-stack delivery team

  • Motivate, engage, coach and provide leadership to a team of highly-skilled and remotely distributed software engineers

  • Partner with technical and business leaders to plan, prioritize and execute our product roadmap 

  • Drive the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve the quality and reliability of the team's deliverables
