Bring your passion for games and the joy of enabling developers to create the best games to the Netflix membership. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to lead a software development team that handles work critical to the Open Connect Gaming Appliance. This team coordinates with other groups to integrate new features in a timely and predictable way; handles the appliance software release process (including CI/CD, release automation, and testing); fixes bugs that are found in testing or production; and, interfaces with other groups to ensure their tools and pipelines support the game appliance.We provide the freedom to execute, learn, and pivot and the responsibility to be self-directed, collaborative, and insightful. Qualifications:

  • Experience managing/leading successful and highly productive teams
  • Experience efficiently building and deploying robust products/features
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • High comfort with technical complexity and ambiguity, and an interest to pioneer

Nice to have:

  • Experience developing and optimizing high-performance, real-time applications such as games or simulations
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and SDK
