Engineer Team Leader - Ideally located just North of London but outside of the M25 corridor
Clymac is a leading provider of fully integrated Fire & Security Systems throughout the UK since 1992. We are currently looking for skilled Fire & Security Service Engineers to join our team based nationwide.
Basic Salary – Up to £34,000

Clymac’s Team Leaders
As a Fire & Security Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing support to your region, Your key responsibilities will include:
- Day to day managing and running of the engineers
- Filter jobs to identify priorities
- Assign jobs to the correct engineers, ensuring ability and location is taken into consideration.
- Engage with customers at all levels, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Attend sites, assesing engineers to identify any training needs
- Liaise with other team leaders to provide solutions and support where required.
- Provide Feedback on the team to the Senior Team
- Assist engineers with technical issues
- Complete 1 service job per day
Requirements
Who We're Looking For

- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Willingness to travel and work on-call or overtime as required
