Engineer I

The Engineer I will be responsible for supporting various systems and continuous improvement projects driving manufacturing productivity, reducing wastes, improving quality, and increasing capacities.

Primary Duties

• Define and lead larger projects with system integrators

• Calculate financial impact of process and control alternatives

• Participate in EHS, safety improvement and quality projects

• Development of standardized work procedures and provide necessary training

• Work with various stakeholders and departments to determine project requirements and needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Ability and knowledge to support technical problem solving and project management

• Willing to learn and develop

• Ability to communicate with people across different levels and functions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
