The Role at a Glance

Seeking Engineer, Application Development (EAD) to help drive the growth of the Digital Technology at Lincoln Financial Group. You will work hand-in-hand with the overall Corporate IT team, including leadership, to execute innovative business plans and catalyze cultural change.

The EAD will analyze, architect, create and configure various Lincoln Financial Group digital experience access by our Customers, Advisors and Employees.  She/He will be the Technical Product for new technology integrations and/or custom applications.  She/He will find solutions to enhance business activity based on the client’s requirements. The EAD will deploy, manage and maintain up-to-date and accurate site design across various digital touch points, working closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of our organization. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of agile, experience working with internal stakeholders, and solid written and oral communication skills. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, integrates and tests complex software application solutions for systems.
• Assesses and measures solution design impacts on IT infrastructure capacity, application architecture standards, future maintenance/support needs, and bottom line cost-benefits in consultation with appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
