Engagement Manager

TalenTailors is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our customer`s team.

Responsibilities:

• Bring expertise from other Departments to clients in Data Science, Activation, and Creativity.
• Transform clients' marketing department and make the company their preferred partner.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure high-quality output and spread knowledge across the company.
• Accountable for project success from client and team perspective.
• Develop consulting offer with existing clients, especially in Activation or Data.
• Create opportunities for other Departments with clients.
• Support in building a commercial strategy to develop client portfolio.
• Monitor the commercial pipeline.
• Build proposals meeting client's needs and requirements.
• Help build and enhance the Consulting team's ways of working.
• Coach and guide junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Consulting Manager.
• 3+ years of experience in managing projects and clients.
• 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced level of English proficiency required.
