We are looking for a talented individual…

To be part of our Engineering Team! CLEAResult, a consulting firm that designs and implements energy efficiency programs, is looking for an engineering co-op. The co-op position is designed for approximately 40 hours per week, May 5, 2025 - August 29, 2025, but can be extended if the candidate wishes.

Based on performance and available positions, co-ops may be considered for promotion to a full-time engineering position after the co-op has been completed.

Must be in based in Ontario to be considered.

  • Calculate energy savings for energy-efficient projects

  • Work with a highly effective team to review projects submitted to our local energy efficiency lighting programs

  • Support development of company-wide engineering best-practices

  • Support engineering tool development using MS Excel and other software

  • Prepare draft reports such as measurement verification plans and billing analysis results

  • Update databases and calculators

  • Ensure current energy efficiency projects reflect federal and state energy codes

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Active enrollment and completion of 2 or more years in post-secondary education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or Energy preferred)

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Able to work 40 hours per week, May 5, 2025 - August 29, 2025

  • Interest and ambition to work in the fast-paced energy efficiency industry

  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and detailed calculation work

  • Strong math and analytical skills

Compensation:

$23.00 / hour CAD
