Location: US Remote (Must be based out of California, Oregon, Washington, or Arizona).

We are seeking an Energy Analyst for our Energy Efficiency division to evaluate and verify utility-sponsored projects in the West region. The Energy Analyst will work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. You will review project application forms and submittals by customers, contractors, engineers/consultants, and other program participants to ascertain compliance with program policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance and guidance on energy-efficient technologies and practices to companies participating in utility-sponsored programs.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure successful evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects.
- Review project applications and submittals for compliance with program policies.
- Provide technical assistance on energy-efficient technologies and practices.
- Interface with customers and contractors in utility-sponsored programs.
- Process paperwork for program incentive payments.
- Coordinate quality control activities such as inspections and customer surveys.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Energy, Information Technology or related discipline (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
- 1+ years of experience supporting, developing, or administering successful demand side management programs and/or related experience
What we would like you to have:
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel including proficiency in basic formulas, equations, functions, and pivot tables
- Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
