About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Claims Operations, the Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying team needs, designing innovative solutions, and delivering tailored training programs that drive success. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for exploring new tools and approaches, an adaptable mindset, and a knack for bringing energy and curiosity to every challenge.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and creation of innovative training programs designed to improve team performance, optimize workflows, and address organizational needs
- Collaborate closely with teams to analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and implement targeted process and training solutions that drive meaningful change
- Partner with teams across Operations to develop a Configuration function that drives standardization and automation of claim workflows
- Own Policy Management for Claims Operations, ensuring policies are accurate, accessible, and auditable across Processing, Configuration, and Clinical functions
- Coordinate new policy creation and regular reviews with policy owners
- Explore and implement cutting-edge training tools and techniques to keep our enablement resources fresh, engaging, and effective
- Manage and mentor diverse teams, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Customize learning materials to address the unique needs of each team, ensuring relevance and immediate applicability
- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives and inform quality management
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to align enablement strategies with organizational goals
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or related roles, with a track record of designing and executing impactful programs
- Ability to quickly understand, document, and map processes/ workflows, identifying inefficiencies, recommending meaningful changes, and measuring operational impact
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team, balancing support and accountability
- Experience in designing new roles by defining clear responsibilities that drive outcomes, support team objectives, and create opportunities for individual growth
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and delivering complex ideas with clarity
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Curiosity and a drive to learn, explore new tools, and experiment with different approaches
- Proficiency in using enablement tools and platforms
- Analytical skills to assess needs and measure training effectiveness

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.
