Employment Investigations Specialist
US - US - Remote
We are seeking Employee Investigations Specialists to collaborate with a leading global technology company in investigating complaints and disputes. The key goal of our team is to investigate associate concerns thoroughly, fairly, and consistently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have exceptional writing abilities, and demonstrate the capability to build trust and ask insightful questions. Additionally, they will support the team with various projects and administrative tasks as needed. This is a full-time, remote role with a three-month duration, starting on February 10th, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, prepare, and conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and respondents involved in HR cases.
- Investigate sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues, including interviewing involved parties and collecting key documentation.
- Collaborate with Senior HR Investigators and other team members in report-writing and documentation tasks.
- Design, collect, and analyze feedback from employees and stakeholders at various levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends and proactive issue mitigation opportunities.
- Consult and collaborate with Senior Investigators, HR Business Partners, Corporate Employee Relations teams, Legal teams, and third-party vendors on complex cases.
- Manage a high-volume interview load, with an expectation of conducting 32 interviews per week.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in conducting employee investigations or handling complex employee relations issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and engage effectively with associates at all levels.
- Exceptional writing skills, with experience in documenting investigation findings clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to ask probing and insightful questions to uncover key details and support thorough investigations.
- Proven administrative skills, with experience in managing projects and handling various administrative tasks efficiently, supporting team operations and objectives.
Compensation, Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $105,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
