Employment Associate, Junior to Mid-Level

The US Employment Practice of Hogan Lovells US LLP seeks a mid-level to senior associate to join our Employment practice. Ideal candidates should have two to six years of experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery, as well as experience advising on corporate transactions. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred. Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must work from the New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or Northern Virginia office of Hogan Lovells and must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work.
Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $235,000 to $380,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist. Please note that the firm maintains a hybrid work policy. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
