Job SummaryBASIC FUNCTIONThis position is responsible for delivering employee services requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures; researching and providing solutions to the more difficult employee issues and/or technical concerns; working with all areas of HR to ensure effective employee services; and is accountable for participating in the HR value proposition to attract, develop, and retain high quality diverse employees for the corporation.
NOTE: Sponsorship will NOT be extended. This is a telecommute role and telecommuter employees MUST live within the home plan state appropriate for the role.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business or Human Resources and 2 yearsâ experience in a Human Resources environment in the following areas: salary administration, benefits administration, employee relations, wellness, or employee development OR 6 yearsâ of direct Human Resources experience.
- Must be service oriented and have desire to support the customer.
- Strong consultative, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, research and documentation skills.
- Solid project management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient knowledge of the Workday system.
- Knowledge of health insurance industry.
- PMP Certification. Â
