The Employee Relations Partner (ERP) is responsible for promoting a positive working environment by managing and resolving workplace issues, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the company’s policies are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. The ERP will act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, fostering a culture of mutual respect and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Employee Relations Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns or conflicts.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Counsel managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and effective communication techniques.
- Guide management in the consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Compliance and Policy Administration:
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Advise on the implementation of disciplinary actions, performance management plans, and terminations.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and policy documents as needed.
- Work collaboratively with employees and business leaders on companywide and department policy and interpretation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Workplace Culture and Engagement:
- Support the development and maintenance of a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Promote employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster high morale and productivity.
- Conduct employee surveys and assessments to measure engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Coaching and Performance Development:
- Partner with training team and managers to recommend and develop training programs for managers and employees on effective communication, conflict resolution, and workplace ethics.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and leaders to enhance their interpersonal skills and work relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Employee Support and Advocacy:
- Serve as a resource for employees to address workplace issues, offering guidance and support when needed.
- Ensure employees are informed about their rights and responsibilities within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on employee relations issues, trends, and metrics to senior leadership.
- Develop and present regular reports on employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational climate.
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and best practices in employee management.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be flexible to address urgent employee relations matters outside of regular working hours when necessary.
Qualifications - Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience with employee engagement or workplace mediation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
Qualifications - Education, Experience, Certificates, and Licenses:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related role.
