You will have a front row seat to see how our company interacts with our union populations, and to participate in contract negotiations. You'll coach leaders on performance & behavior management, support policy implementation, and leverage data analysis to propose initiatives across Collins. You will foster a culture of excellence by collaborating with HR, Legal, and business leaders in a very visible role within the organization. You will partner with all Employee & Labor Relations Partners who further the mission of our function across the entire Collins employee population.

What You Will Do:

• You will interface with key functions ensuring alignment and the incorporation of employee and labor relations functional processes and practice.
• You will help develop programs designed to develop our Employee & Labor Relations Partners.
• You will help develop programs to build strong, proactive leaders who will create a work environment full of engaged employees.

 What You Will Learn:

• You will learn all Collins Strategic Business Units and impact every employee in our organization by the programs and education you support.
• You will learn company culture and practices on employee engagement

• You will learn to identify and mitigate organizational risk related to complex employment-related matters, business initiatives and crisis management.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. (*Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
