Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, guide and motivate a great team focused on Employee Experience and Administration. Drive results by delegating tasks and optimizing processes.
- Boost Engagement: Create and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement, enhance company culture, and improve onboarding. Organize internal events to strengthen connections while staying updated on market trends to introduce innovative Employee Experience solutions.
- Showcase Our True Culture: Lead the implementation of authentic Employer Branding initiatives that reflect our values and showcase real employee experiences, both inside and outside the company. Champion CSR initiatives, such as charity drives, eco-friendly actions, and community engagement, to highlight our commitment to making a positive impact.
- Streamline Communication: Oversee internal communication, ensuring clear, effective messaging across teams and channels.
- Drive Efficiency: Optimize administrative processes, manage office operations, and negotiate with suppliers, and ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Competencies we are looking for:
- Leadership & Team Management: Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience leading teams, but what truly matters is your passion for Employer Branding and people.
- Employer Branding & Employee Engagement: With a minimum of 2 years of experience in Employer Branding, you know what it takes to make a company truly shine as an employer. You’re passionate about creating and executing strategies that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and you’re excited to bring those skills to a vibrant team.
- Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decisions: You have a knack for optimizing workflows and making processes run smoothly. You’re comfortable diving into data from surveys, feedback, and performance metrics to make well-informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management Mastery: You’ve successfully led complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing the big picture with daily tasks. You know how to hit deadlines while keeping things on track and exceeding expectations.
- Bilingual Communication Skills: You’re fluent in both Polish and English (C1+), with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and cultures, ensuring clarity and understanding wherever you go.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re highly proficient with MS Office and have experience working with Employee Experience tools (like Teamflect or similar), using technology to make processes more efficient and impactful.
Salary Range:
Contract of Employment: 9,500 - 11,000 PLN gross/month
