Mission of Role/Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our client. This role involves a combination of recommending and preparing plans, procedures, and directives relating to client's Financial Management System and related financial functions in various projects. You will be responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal processes and the satisfaction of our clients. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze financial documentation, including invoices, contracts, and cost estimates, to ensure compliance with FEMA Public Assistance (PA) guidelines.
- Organize and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reporting and audit purposes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for grant submissions and reimbursements.
- Track and monitor project expenditures, cost eligibility, and funding allocations in alignment with FEMA PA regulations.
- Support data entry and financial documentation management in tracking systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with project managers and financial analysts to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate financial data for decision-making.
