Job Description

Sibylline is looking for a passionate and driven Process Integrity Research Analyst to join our clients Process Integrity Team. As a Process Integrity Research Analyst you will participate in the process of deep diving events, documenting results, and recommending remediation where opportunities are identified. You will be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, document, and share organizational knowledge across a large, global organization with remote team members.
  • Conduct case studies and other qualitative research projects across diverse security-related and other topics to improve incident response and customer service:
    • Research and analyze industry standards, best practices, and trends;
    • Facilitate internal interviews, focus groups, and group discussions;
    • Assess customer sentiment and experience.
  • Lead After-Action Reviews (AAR) that deconstruct events and identify learning opportunities and manage mechanism to implement resulting recommendations.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate lessons learned, best practices, and complex ideas to a broad range of audiences, both in writing and in person.
  • Support the development of moderated virtual libraries, dashboards, and databases that give local teams the information they need to continuously improve their services.
  • Deep dive escalation feedback from customers, researching activity that led to comments, identifying opportunities, and communicating outcomes to customers

 

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Detail oriented, excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially narrative writing
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Preferred

  • 2+ years’ experience in research analysis, quality control/ assurance, communications
  • Advanced degree
  • Six Sigma or Lean Certification
  • Analytical experience using Control Charts, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis, and other statistical tools
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and solving ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail
  • Passion for technology, curiosity to dive deep into the clients suite of technical products and commitment to learning and expanding technical knowledge
  • Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in or demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility and interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels
  • Strong change management and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective written and verbal communication

​Successful candidates will be invited to complete a writing assessment (at an arranged time to suit you) to test writing and analytical ability. 

The remuneration for this role is negotiable for the right candidate, dependent on qualifications, aptitude and experience.  The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.
