Email & SMS Copywriting Independent Contractor (w/ a Sense of Humor)

We’re searching for someone who can walk the tightrope between driving performance and keeping our irreverent brand voice intact.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute hilarious, high performing email and SMS campaigns
• Write 2-3 highly engaging emails and SMS campaigns per week that drive opens, clicks, conversions and replies at rates that wildly outpace other email programs
• Ideate and champion creative for email automations and flows 
• Work with channel owners and graphic designers to effectively communicate brand voice through various channels
• Conceptualize engaging and entertaining weekly SMS content 
• Actively run and participate in brainstorming sessions for various creative opportunities across the business
• Occasional Other Asks: Elevate current branding through product descriptions, paid social advertisements, print campaigns, and various other aspects of the business. Support public relations efforts crafting humor-driven stories and headlines that amplify our brand.
