Email Marketing Manager (Africa)

We are an iGaming company, founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team consists of over 1000 individuals. Our portfolio includes more than 10 successful brands operating in countries of levels 1-3. We are seeking a talented Email marketing manager to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and launch email campaigns to engage and retain users.

• Optimize conversion rates through data-driven improvements.

• Adapt email marketing strategies based on regional specifics.

• Analyze campaign results and prepare reports on key metrics.

• Conduct A/B testing to enhance content performance.

• Work with various communication channels, including email and notifications.

• Manage customer databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging content.

• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices.

• Ensure compliance with data protection and anti-spam regulations.

What We Expect from You:

• 6+ months of experience in email marketing (preferably in online casinos or sports betting).

• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Customer.io, or similar ESPs).

• Experience in creating and optimizing email campaigns, including A/B testing.

• Understanding of segmentation and trigger-based email automation.

• Basic HTML and CSS skills for customizing email templates.

• Proficiency in analytical tools to track campaign effectiveness.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
