Salary: £40K - £45K

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketer to join our team and spearhead our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling email content, managing email lists, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing email strategies to drive engagement and conversions. This will include all types of Email Campaigns, from Prospecting Emails, to Onboarding Emails, to Newsletters or Promotional. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.

  • Proficiency in HTML for creating visually appealing and responsive email templates.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and techniques.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms in particular Hubspot.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute effective email campaigns.

  • Fluent level of English proficiency.

  • Compliance-oriented mindset to ensure email campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.-

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and create HTML email templates for various campaigns, promotions, and newsletters.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including content creation, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.

  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times for improved engagement and conversion rates.

  • Maintain and update email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align email marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on email campaign performance to stakeholders.

  • Responsible for all Company Email communications, not just marketing to ensure Company-Wide Consistency.
