Who we’re looking for
Our client, a growth agency that specializes in D2C e-commerce advertising, leverages its expertise across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo to generate rapid results for independent and ethical brands. They are currently looking for a Manager for E-commerce CRM who can commit to a minimum of four hours of overlap with the UK time zone. This strategic leadership role focuses on achieving CRM marketing success for their partners and involves direct client engagement to tackle business challenges that go beyond conventional email platforms. You will manage up to seven accounts, optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and improve CRM efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client meetings and team collaborations, proactively updating clients on performance and addressing needs.
- Monitor client progress bi-weekly and provide monthly performance reports.
- Develop quarterly roadmaps and foster strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and designers for a unified strategy and content creation.
- Foster strong relationships with CRM, social, search, and creative teams to promote ongoing growth.
- Discover efficiencies and innovative strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Examine metrics to enhance email and SMS marketing initiatives.
- Manage various CRM activities, ensuring they lead to profitable results.
- Create impactful briefs and collaborate on engaging email content that maintains brand consistency.
- Produce precise reports utilizing data from multiple platforms while partnering with Email/SMS specialists.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to maximize CRM effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in an e-commerce marketing role, including experience working in a client-facing role, preferably within an agency.
- Minimum 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in cohort analysis, lifetime value optimization, and unit economics.
- Proven track record in leading a holistic e-commerce CRM strategy for companies earning more than $150k per month/ $2m per year (you have case studies and examples to prove).
- Marketing expertise beyond email/SMS, including sales cycles and reactivation strategies.
- Experience with paid media/conversion rate optimization preferred.
- Basic copywriting skills and attention to detail (you will need this to write briefs for our copywriters).
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
