Apply to a competitive, six-month fellowship program at one of Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work since 2014. This is a full-time, paid position from July 14, 2025 to December 19, 2025 with both remote and in-person options for those local to our Billerica, MA office.
The impact you’ll have:
The program is split into two parts:
July through September, our “Back-to-School” season: EdTech fellows will assist the Provisioning Data Services team (PDS) as they provide support for customers partnering with Curriculum Associates for the 2025-2026 school year. This team manages all things rostering for our i-Ready platform.
Fellows will work with auto-rostering technology and manage rostering needs for districts across the country
They’ll communicate directly with educators to troubleshoot rostering and technical issues
As needed, fellows will contribute to various district-specific projects to help get students and teachers up and running for the school year
October through December, the “Rotation”: EdTech fellows will be placed in a compelling rotation on another team at CA, working closely with industry experts on various projects and initiatives. There is a wide variety of rotation options, from marketing to editorial to product operations and more! Placement is determined by availability and qualification requirements of each team.
What we’re looking for:
Co-op student or recent college graduate
Strong Excel knowledge and experience navigating and using various Excel functions
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and experience working in a technical and fast-paced role
A keen attention to detail
Customer service experience with proven written and verbal communication skills
Superior time management and organizational skills
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information:
Pay: $23.00 per hour, non-negotiable
Fellows will work remotely for approximately six months, from July 14, 2025 to December 19, 2025. Candidates local to our North Billerica, MA office are welcome to work in-office on a hybrid schedule.
There is no guarantee for permanent employment after the program has ended.
Benefits: Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. All temporary employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
