Salary/Position Classification

• $15.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• Less than 20 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Light manual labor in both indoor and outdoor gardening tasks
• Potting plants
• Shoveling dirt into planters
• Watering plants
• Weeding 
• Trimming plants 
• Assisting with interactive garden programming and activities 
• Create accurate and engaging materials for our Outreach for Teacher Recruitment and Retention(OTRR) events and outreach projects
• Organize and review OTRR materials for events and broad distribution

Minimum Requirements

• Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
