Summary

Communicate and collaborate with others on the delivery of Gainwell services for the enhancements of the Medicaid program.  Contribute your skills to harness the power of technology to help our client improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our country and communities. Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare’s biggest challenges.  Provide a supporting role in the analysis, design, and implementation of  EDI related systems while maintaining current system functionality.    

Your role in our mission

• Collaborate with a team of client-facing associates responsible for effective and accurate configurations of product implementations and enhancements 
• Work closely with project management,  business analysts,  technical, and functional leads to design solutions that are flexible, scalable, and reusable while meeting the business needs, deadlines, assignments and objectives
• Ensure program requirements are met as determined by established deliverables and ensures adherence to those deliverables
• Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot technical anomalies associated with EDI related systems and associated processes, web portal functionality and electronic billing difficulties
• Serve as an EDI escalation point of contact between the client, MCOs, other business associates, and team members 
• Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Assist in the creation and/or review of status reports and system audits
• Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Foster a working environment that is energized, motivating, and contributes to a positive associate engagement.

What we're looking for

• 5 years of Medicaid, HealthPAS EDI solution sets, X12, and project management experience                                                                                 
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/EDI X12 5010 healthcare-related transactions including 270-271, 276-277, 278, 834, 835, 837, 997, 999, 824, and NCPDP 5.1 & D.0
• Strong knowledge of EDI applications including the EDI Gateway, Edifecs suite of tools, Microsoft Biztalk, Microsoft SQL Server, and other applications in support of EDI processing
• Knowledge of ndustry standard health data code sets such as ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills

What you should expect in this role

Candidate must be located in West Virginia or 30 miles from the border
Travel to Charleston, WV maybe requried

The pay range for this position is $60,300.00 - $86,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
