We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Assistant to join our UK Trading team!

We currently sell to 70 international markets, offering our 6 million active customers a personalised shopping experience and the ability to purchase from a wide range of products using multiple delivery methods and payment types.
The role
As an eCommerce Trading Assistant, you will support our online UK Trading team by identifying and developing new initiatives to promote the Next brand, attract new customers, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What else is involved?
- Continually review information on sales, bestsellers & key online metrics to summarise performance trends and pinpoint opportunities for further improvement.
- Identify and champion exceptional customer experience across on site search and navigation touchpoints in line with business priorities.
- Support the Trading Manager and wider online team with product and project launches.
- Identify ways to improve our on site search and findability of product on our websites.
- Utilise search data to spot emerging customer trends and make informed decisions for onsite merchandising.
- Identify, implement and drive improvements through data-driven insights.
- Project manage own workload (by driving forward BAU activities and identifying new opportunities) and attend all relevant internal and external meetings, maintaining accurate administration of key business documents.
- Provide guidance for product attribution to improve on site customer experience.
- Support other members of the team as needed.
